Shipping policy

Abloom Collection currently ships to the EU. We may be able to ship to other countries. If you are interested in this, please contact us at info@abloomcollection.se)

Abloom Collection strives to send your order as soon as possible after it has been received. Normally it takes about 2-3 working days to process your order but it may take slightly longer during holidays. 

The shipping company we work with (Postnord) usually delivers in 1-2 working days in Sweden and 2–6 within the rest of EU. Note that this is an estimate and the delivery time may vary depending on factors outside Abloom Collection’s and Postnord’s control. 

The shipping cost is currently 49 SEK in Sweden and 99 SEK in the rest of EU. Shipping for orders above 1000 SEK is free.

All packages we send are tracked and we will send you the  tracking number after the order is processed. The specific type of parcel we send may vary depending on your order and the destination country. 

Unclaimed packages will be automatically returned to us after 7 days. Additionally we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the return shipping, handling and administration associated with this return. This fee is currently 149 SEK. 

If an item cannot be shipped due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order has been placed. The customer may then cancel the order and/or be refunded at no extra cost.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
