Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with a product and want to return it, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you can return unused and undamaged goods within 30 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and labels still attached. Items returned to us in unsaleable condition will not be refunded.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item(s) sent are defective or if items shipped are not what you ordered. Returns are sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery.
Starting a return
You can start a return from the customer accounts page: customer.abloomcollection.se or by sending an email to info@abloomcollection.se
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package and a return shipping label (if possible in your country). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please inform us when you start the return that you have made an exchange to speed up administration.
